Once an order is placed, you will receive email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Processing time, production and delivery differs from one piece to another especially if an item is made to order. The delivery of any item depends on the production time and specified timing as indicated on each listing and the country the item is being delivered to. It is estimated to take as follows to deliver:

UAE: 2-3 days International and GCC countries: 5-7 days plus a production time for a specific product mentioned on each product. Delivery charges will vary based on location. The charges can be viewed at check out. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated  by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges. 

Please note that Custom Offices in some countries may require to provide a form of Identification such as Passport or any Government issued ID before releasing a shipment.
